Stairs (oil painting)
This oil painting on gessoed watercolor paper (23x19 cm) was inspired by the beautiful orange reflected light on the houses while going upstairs.
The palette was zinc white, raw sienna, ivory black, phtalo blue (red shade), dioxazine purple and cadmium yellow deep hue (all colors are Artisan water-mixable oil colors from Winsor & Newton).

Bridge on landscape (oil painting)
First trying the Winsor & Newton Artisan water-mixable oil colors, I sketched this quick landscape.
The palette is raw umber, french ultramarine and zinc white.

Single rose still life (work in progress, part II)
The background was redone in a dark brown (french ultramarine + venetian red).
I find this lovely.
Sorry for the left-side reflections (paint still wet :) ).

Apple and bowl still life (oil painting)
Finally a new painting (oil on canvas 20x25 cm)!
This canvas sat idle on the easel too much time. Today I had some time I wanted to devote to painting; the light blue bowl was bought very cheaply and a red apple came to match.
The color palette was very narrow (6 colors). The colors used were (all from Winsor & Newton Artists' unless noted): permanent rose, winsor blue, transparent yellow, titanium white, ivory black and french ultramarine (this one from Winton).
Thanks for reading!
